The Position:

  • Provide a high level of customer support to clients
  • Check in with and distribute contracts with carriers
  • Coordinate and attend open enrollment meetings
  • Maintaining and keeping up-to-date with knowledge of legislative updates and industry information, and updating clients on industry insurance
  • Assist clients with Online HRIS and Benefits Administration systems: ADP, BeneTrac, bSwift, Ease, Employee Navigator, etc.


What We Need From You:

  • Experience - You have 2+ years of experience working on Employee Benefits accounts in a brokerage setting
  • Software - You are proficient with EPIC
  • Certified - Active CA Life & Health/Accident License
  • Groups - you have experience with mid-sized group accounts
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
