This is a key role in ensuring that our products meet customer expectations and deliverables, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage aerospace programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.
  • Develop program plans, define scope, set timelines, and manage budgets to ensure successful and timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality, procurement) and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies) to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials, components, and services that meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks (technical, schedule, cost), implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during the program lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact to schedule, cost, and quality.
  • Develop and oversee program budgets, monitor spending, and ensure cost control throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide regular financial reporting, identifying potential cost savings or areas of concern.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet aerospace industry standards (e.g., FAA, MIL-STD) and internal quality specifications.
  • Oversee product testing, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure program success.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, setting clear expectations and providing performance feedback.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of program management experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry, including experience with complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proven track record of managing aerospace programs or projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with aerospace industry regulations and quality standards (e.g., FAA, AS9100, ISO 9001, MIL-STD).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client and supplier relationships.
