Job Description:

  • Responsibilities include setup of presentation and conferencing systems, technical coordination of events, system troubleshooting, problem resolution and product installation.
  • Day to day duties may include daily room check out, system troubling-shooting, delivery, and tracking of portable presentation equipment, facilitating equipment repair, and meeting set-up.

Skills:

  • Experience in MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Extron, Crestron, audio and video conferencing, projection, and display systems.
  • An associate's degree or its equivalent is required, as well as 2 - 5 years of experience.
  • Teams Room (MTR) Experience, Teams BYOD Meetings, Hardware Support (TV, Microphone, Speaker, Cabling), MTR Lenovo and Crestron hardware experience

**Work Experience:**


**Event Production Audio and Video**

  • Managed production, editing, and encoding of audio/video webcasts. Oversaw streaming media events, both live and pre-recorded, using CVENT and Agile systems.
  • Coordinated events for 100 to 10,000+ attendees, consulting internally to execute meetings and events on platforms like Zoom and Teams.
  • Collaborated with executives to manage logistics for major speaking engagements, including contracting, registration, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Handled AV setups using digital systems and managed meeting budgets.

**AV Specialist**

  • Crafted budgets and specifications for AV implementation in events and conferences.
  • Supported internal partners and coordinated with vendors for successful project execution.
  • Designed Microsoft Team rooms and function spaces, reviewed AutoCAD specs, and created technology tutorials.
  • Led troubleshooting and ensured event alignment with goals and timelines.

**Audio Visual Director**

  • Managed AV portfolio for college events, collaborating with vendors like Boston Light & Sound.
  • Customized AV technology for events, exceeding expectations.
  • Installed and maintained AV systems, updated digital signage, and led technical training sessions.
  • Provided project management and content development for students and faculty.

**IT Specialist**

  • Diagnosed and resolved software, hardware, and connectivity issues, exceeding call-handling goals.
  • Operated and maintained equipment for live events, assembling raw footage for digital use.

**Technical Skills**
