Job Description:
- Responsibilities include setup of presentation and conferencing systems, technical coordination of events, system troubleshooting, problem resolution and product installation.
- Day to day duties may include daily room check out, system troubling-shooting, delivery, and tracking of portable presentation equipment, facilitating equipment repair, and meeting set-up.
Skills:
- Experience in MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Extron, Crestron, audio and video conferencing, projection, and display systems.
- An associate's degree or its equivalent is required, as well as 2 - 5 years of experience.
- Teams Room (MTR) Experience, Teams BYOD Meetings, Hardware Support (TV, Microphone, Speaker, Cabling), MTR Lenovo and Crestron hardware experience
**Work Experience:**
**Event Production Audio and Video**
- Managed production, editing, and encoding of audio/video webcasts. Oversaw streaming media events, both live and pre-recorded, using CVENT and Agile systems.
- Coordinated events for 100 to 10,000+ attendees, consulting internally to execute meetings and events on platforms like Zoom and Teams.
