The Principal Civil Engineer will be responsible for...

• All aspects of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documents
• Develop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projects
• Develop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline
• Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.
• Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation.
• Maintaining current client relationships

The Civil Engineer should have…

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
• PE License in California
• 12+ years of relevant experience
