Allied Resources is looking for a Lead E&I Reliability Engineer who will be supporting electrical maintenance and reliability strategies and working on critical preventative and predictive project initiatives. This is a full-time direct-hire opportunity located in Greater Richmond, VA that offers a competitive base salary up to $130k, EOY bonus, strong benefits plan, PTO package, 401k, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support electrical maintenance projects/programs assessing performance of electrical equipment and controls (VFD’s, motors and motor control systems).
- Develop and implement reliability control plans for electrical systems as part of an ongoing asset risk management initiatives.
- Review and analyze technical documentation to support capital projects from inception to completion.
- Engage in troubleshooting activities to determine root cause and corrective action.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field.
- 7+ years of experience within a manufacturing plant setting.
- Experience working with National Electric Code, NFPA 70E and ISA standards.
