Allied Resources is looking for a Superintendent for an exciting full-time opportunity with an award-winning energy company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position provides an excellent compensation, bonus potential, and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more!

A Day in the Life:

• Completing retrofit construction project on historic and other federal buildings.
• Site supervision of all assigned project construction activities.
• Ensuring the worksite is safe and supervised in an effective and efficient manner.
• Maintain daily communication and direct the activities of subcontractors and sub-trades.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project.

The Wish List:

• MEP experience on heavy commercial jobs, preferably federal worksite experience.
• 10+ years in lighting, mechanical, and electrical construction, 5+ years as a superintendent on similar projects
• Must know EM 385-1-1, have safety compliance experience, and current OSHA 30-hour safety certificate.
