Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Advanced Solutioning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop novel technologies focused on heating, sensing, and thermal management in industrial environments.
• Lead projects from idea generation and prototyping to product launch.
• Research and validate new heating technologies.
• Design and build complex sensor arrays and data acquisition systems, including hardware and software (e.g., Matlab-Simulink, NI LabVIEW).
• Develop new sensing technologies and integrate them into molding systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn innovations into practical solutions.
• Present technical concepts to executives and customers.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets as a technical lead.

Technical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in product development or design roles involving industrial heating, sensing, and thermal management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial sensors, their functions, and limitations.
• Experience with control systems for temperature and electromechanical actuation.
• Background in machine learning and data analysis (AI) is a plus.
• Ability to break down complex problems into functional subsystems and identify key performance parameters.
• Experience with hot runners, mold design, and injection molding is a plus.
