We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Industrial Engineer to join its team. Reporting to the Industrial Engineering Lead , the Industrial Engineer will be responsible to maintain and improve the fabrication and assembly process design to keep the process flow according to the takt time and friendly workstations strategies (H&S & ergonomic risk free).

An overview of your responsibilities:

• Responsible for the fabrication and assembly process design: lay-out, workstation, line balancing and ergonomics.
• Responsible to coordinate the activities for new equipment - tooling introduction, Poka Yoke systems and testing devices.
• Responsible for standard work and visual aid creation and deployment.
• Resolve quality issues with problems solving strategy (PSP, DMAIC, Workshop).
• Lead the activities of the engineering department in terms of: H&S initiatives and programs, ISO 9000, PFMEA and BSC objectives.
• Responsible to coordinate new projects introduction (NPD strategies).
• Responsible to implement short and long-term improvements on HSE, process, efficiency, and costs.

What you'll need, among other things!

• Bachelor’s degree (industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Design software (CATIA, Solid Works, or equivalent).
• Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lean methodologies
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
