• Salary range: $95k - $120k
• Annual bonus: 8%

Duties

• Design and enhance existing and new electrical systems to support demonstration-scale and full-scale production assets.
• Collaborate with vendors on equipment selection, inspections, and third-party support services.
• Work closely with utility providers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage and maintain low, medium, and high-voltage equipment.
• Partner with EPC personnel on the selection and integration of equipment.
• Assist project leadership in allocating critical capital for electrical systems.
• Oversee the installation, process development, and operation of essential equipment at manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement safety inspections for equipment pre-startup.
• Provide technical guidance on electrical equipment operation and best practices.
• Review operational procedures and experimental designs before initiating tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional industry experience
• Electrical systems experience with high voltage systems, transformers, rectifiers, and utility-scale experience.
• TRANSFORMER design and development experience.
• Experience with Grid level connectivity and AC/DC circuit design.
