We are working with a growing custom Polyethylene manufacturing company in Pasadena, and they have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer .

About the Company: This recently-expanded facility utilizes state-of-the-art technology to produce customized Polyethylene products for lighter, more efficient, PFAS-free plastics.

About the Position: In this role, you'll be responsible for the implementation and improvement of Predictive/Preventive Maintenance programs and oversight of equipment technical documentation.

This includes working with all plant departments to ensure proper equipment installation and PM plans, tracking day-to-day maintenance in the field, and troubleshooting.

In addition, you'll serve as a technical resource for plant-wide mechanical/reliability initiatives, in order to continuously improve reliability, HS&E, and loss control performance.

Our Ideal Candidate: We're seeking a Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with 3-5+ years of hands-on maintenance engineering experience in the petrochemical or refining industry, who is familiar with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and SAP or other CMMS programs. Experience with rotating and fixed equipment is preferred, and project engineering experience with capital projects is a plus.
