We are recruiting an Electrical Project Engineer to work on the design and construction of a state-of-the-art steel manufacturing/recycling micro-mill utilizing robotics, AI and Machine Learning, world class CO2 emissions through efficiency and green energy – BY DESIGN with capability to integrate renewable energy and storage.
Scope
· Steel Mill Design, Construction and Commissioning Support:
o Work with OEM, engineering firms and Process Engineers to optimize the plant design
o Improve design focusing on constructability and maintainability
o Prepare multidisciplinary RFQ
o Support on installation contractor selection
o Evaluate design safety aspects
o Follow up on schedule and engineering deliverable
o Develop work packages that are not in the scope of work of OEM:
§ Lathes
§ Mill rolls
§ Racks
§ Maintenance Equipment
§ Platforms
§ Walkways
§ Others
· Construction Phase
o Supervise construction including safety
o Interface (Contractor/OEM/Engineering Firm and any other vendor)
o Manage vendor claims (change orders – plus/minus)
o Onsite support
o Schedule control
o Provide budget control
· Plant Operation Phase
o Maintenance process
§ Create
o Develop improvement projects
o Support maintenance team
o Search and implement new technologies
