Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, providing legal counsel and representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, and support. This position aims to support our clients through challenging situations while ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in family law proceedings including divorce, custody, and support cases.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding family law matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in court.
  • Stay updated on changes in family law and provide relevant information to clients.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the legal process to ensure they are informed and supported.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in TX
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Strong understanding of family law principles and court procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with empathy.
