• Reports up to Administrative Director Surgical Services.
• Preop, PAT & PACU have Manager, SPD has Manager, This director will focus primarily on the ORs.
• 10 ORs, 2 robots, 40-60 cases/day inclusive of Endo.
• Level III Trauma.
• CV, General surgery, ortho, women’s services.
• Adding an ortho robot.
• CV program is beginning to grow.
• Could potentially be adding a hybrid OR in the next 1-3 years.

• Licensed RN with BSN, Masters preferred.
• 3+ years of RECENT Acute care Surgical Services Manager or above (LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE NEEDS TO BE IN THE OR).
• Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred.
• Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred.
