KBW has partnered with a Global Technology Company in the Boston area on a search for a Senior Tax Manager, Planning. This is a newly created position and will manage a staff of 2 and remote, but this person should be on the East Coast and able to get to the office periodically. This role will focus heaviliy on strategic Tax Planning along with other projects.
Responsibilities

• Coordinator for key strategic tax planning projects
• Cross-functional/cross-selling initiatives
• Identification of Risk and provide solutions
• Reporting of key tax, transfer pricing, and finance metrics
• Assist with M&A, international and US
  

Qualifications

• Project planning experience is a must have
• Public accounting experience is required
• Experience working for a large, global company
• 7+ years of tax experience
  

Compensation Package: Up to $230k plus bonus and equity
