Position Overview: The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to individuals and couples in matters related to family law. The attorney must be knowledgeable of the requirements and processes associated with marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, and other related family matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients regarding family law matters, such as marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, and other related family matters
- Develop legal strategies to effectively handle family law cases
- Examine and analyze evidence and review documents related to family law cases
- Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options
- Communicate with other legal professionals to build strong cases
- Keep up-to-date on changes in the legal system
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited school of law
- State Bar of Arizona license to practice law
- 1+ years experience practicing family law
- Strong knowledge of family law and related areas of law
