Brooksource is seeking a Senior Developer/Specialist to enhance our clients’ applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and .NET Core. This role demands a deep understanding of business applications, advanced technical expertise, and significant experience in rapid application development and system administration/configuration. You will be instrumental in providing swift development and support to our clients’ teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and modify views, entities, reports in Dynamics in a Development Environment, test same and publish to Production.
- Create and modify Flows, Solutions and Gateways in PowerApps in Development Environment, test same and publish to Production.
- Create and update Dynamics Security Roles in the system and modify as needed.
- Create, modify and Publish Microsoft Power BI reports.
- Perform data analysis using Excel, Power Query, and other tools to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Implement security measures and ensure data is presented to the appropriate audience through role-based access.
- Work with DIT staff on tenant level changes.
- Work with DHHS staff on application specific issues encountered.
- Create and modify Power Automate (Flows).
- Support the connection to external applications if applicable.
- Ensure integrations have access to Production assets including CDS, PowerApps, Azure, and Exchange/O365.
- Export solutions from Dev environments as managed and import into UAT and Production.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Participation in strategic and tactical planning with Business Partners, Vendors, and organizational unit management.
- Participating in project planning and estimating efforts.
- consultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements to production applications/information systems.
- Monitoring technical effort activities for adherence to schedules, milestones and deliverables.
- Monitoring efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental and divisional standards and procedures.
- Application/information system assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production and to provide optimum quality service to the clients.
- Ability to take independent initiative and action in decision making, analysis, design, programming, and troubleshooting arenas.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a senior Developer.
- Knowledge in Power Platform concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge in Power App/ Power App Portal.
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Web Application and/or implementation of a CRM solution including development.
- Experience in .Net core, C#, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
- Experience in Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience using Power BI reports development.
- Experience with visual developer tools such as XRMToolBox, Plug-ins, Ribbon Workbench, and REST.
