Position Title: Senior System Administrator (Spanish bilingual)

Job Description:

We are looking for someone who possesses a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations. They should have extensive experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining network servers, computer equipment, and peripherals. This is primarily a Windows/PC environment. Additionally, they should be adept at troubleshooting and resolving service outages, implementing security patches, and providing technical support for various software applications. The right candidate will have a strong foundation in operating systems as well as virtualization technologies like VMware and AWS.

DAY TO DAY:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at packing stations.
• Assist office employees with technical problems, including software installations and network connectivity.
• Write and maintain custom scripts in PHP and SQL to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Configure and maintain Windows and Azure servers.
• Installation, support, and maintenance of network servers, computer equipment and connection of peripherals.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues.
• Configuring software, modifying software configuration, and performing basic configuration management
• Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
• Providing software application assistance for commonly used office automation applications
• Implementing client workstations software patches, security fixes and service releases.
• Identifying, analyzing, and documenting long range requirements.

MUST HAVES:

• Strong proficiency in Windows administration.
• Intermediate SQL experience to read/write and understand queries and PHP programming languages.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network administration, including wired and wireless networks.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
