Are you passionate about technology and eager to take your skills to the next level? We’re looking for a dedicated System Administrator to manage and maintain our network systems, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of network servers, devices, and communication equipment, including performance logging and issue resolution.

- Provide timely support for client and server applications, conducting hardware diagnostics and coordinating resolutions.

- Troubleshoot network communications and serve as the primary contact for data processing issues, collaborating with vendors to resolve problems.

- Manage user setups, password protections, backups, and security measures for network servers.

- Research and implement software patches and upgrades for both client workstations and server applications.

- Assist with WAN/LAN communication management and support users with diagnosing software and hardware issues.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and best practices through ongoing research and professional development.

- Monitor and assess security vulnerabilities, implementing controls to mitigate risks.

What We’re Looking For:

- A two-year college degree or specialized certification/training in a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in system administration or a similar role.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for client and server applications, hardware, and network communication equipment.

- Experience with Microsoft SUS, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Exchange management, VMWare, Firewalls, Antivirus, Wi-Fi, and Windows client operating systems.
