Job Summary:

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of IT projects for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This is a critical role for managing resources, client relationships, and project risks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and company objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships to ensure project success and satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to promote successful teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred, or equivalent project management experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a managed services environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
