We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure smooth IT operations and provide excellent support to our internal users.

This is a direct-hire position and at this time is unable to provide sponsorship or transfer of work visas. This position requires 5 days/week on-site presence in Walker, MI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT required .
• 3+ years of experience with Windows-based servers, operating systems, software, and hardware.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and printers.
• CompTIA A+, M365 Endpoint Administrator Associate, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• ITIL, A+, Help Desk Analyst, or Field Service Technician Certification is a plus.
• CCNA or Network+ Certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Manage incidents and resolve issues.
• Support hardware and software.
• Handle user account management and access control.
• Oversee asset management.
• Lead projects for telecommunication, AV, handheld terminal, and printer deployments.
• Implement and maintain AV solutions.
