Key Responsibilities

MUST HAVE AEM/React

• Develop and Implement Solutions : Design and implement high-quality, scalable front-end solutions using React.js and related technologies that align with advertising goals and vision.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure seamless execution of web-based advertising products.
• Ensure Performance Optimization : Focus on optimizing the performance, responsiveness, and scalability of web applications for smooth user experiences across devices.
• Integrate with Back-End Systems : Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end solutions with server-side logic, APIs, and other systems.
• Maintain and Improve Existing Projects : Maintain and enhance existing front-end applications, ensuring they meet industry best practices, performance standards, and are up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Technical Consultation : Provide technical expertise and solutions-oriented advice to the client on best practices in front-end development, architecture, and design trends.
• Code Review and Best Practices : Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high-quality standards for front-end development within the team.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or tech-focused environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and its core principles such as component lifecycle, hooks, and state management.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+) .
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end systems.
• Proficiency in Version Control (Git) and common front-end build tools such as Webpack or Babel.
• Experience with Cross-Browser Development and ensuring compatibility with various devices.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools such as Jira or Trello .
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
