Serve as a dedicated technical representative, providing on-site and remote support to clients. Resolve complex technical issues, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide secondary support for the help desk, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct service visits at client locations to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Perform cabling tasks as required.
• Assist in addressing and resolving client complaints.
• Manage and maintain files for new accounts.
• Provide telephone support and assist administrative staff with record keeping.
• Seek out training opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Set clear goals, plan activities, and take on additional responsibilities to contribute to
• professional growth.

Core Competencies:

• Troubleshoot advanced Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange configurations.
• Resolve complex firewall issues.
• Manage server migrations effectively.
• Design, manage, and configure Windows networks and Hyper-V Cluster projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and proficiency in relevant software and services.
