Senior IT Manager, Financial Applications

We're seeking a seasoned IT leader to spearhead our clients' finance and accounting technology initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving digital transformation, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Transformation: Lead and execute strategic projects to modernize our finance and accounting systems, leveraging SaaS and on-premises solutions.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• System Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of critical finance and accounting applications, including Oracle ERP.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline business processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security.
• Project Management: Successfully deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with technology vendors to optimize solutions and negotiate favorable contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Information Technology
• 6+ years of progressive IT experience in finance and accounting
• 3+ years of experience managing SaaS applications in finance
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives
• Strong technical expertise in ERP systems, ideally Oracle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
