Supply Chain Manager - Anaheim, CA
Elite Sourcing is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a leading metal fabricator serving Southern California offering services such as custom metal fabrication, CNC and manual machine services, and more. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. The role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve timely product delivery and optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Oversee transportation, warehouse operations, and real-time inventory tracking systems.
- Monitor supply chain costs, prepare budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain operations with production, sales, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead and develop supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and improve key performance metrics, including delivery rates, inventory turnover, and cost efficiencies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, or Lean Management certifications.
Pay/Benefits:
- $90K-$120K DOE
