Description
The SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Analyst is responsible for implementing and optimizing the SAP Sales and Distribution module. This role acts as the primary liaison between Sales area and the Information Technology department to meet and exceed the business goals and objectives for SAP. The SAP SD analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the SAP solution to the sales and distribution areas, which includes sales order management, post-sales activities, all business transactions in SAP Sales and Distribution relative to pricing, invoicing, and customer service. This individual must apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the business on issues related to design, development, and deployment of sales and distribution module in SAP S4/HANA.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience as an SAP SD/OTC business analyst with expert knowledge of configuring and implementing SAP S/4HANA SD module.
- Strong understanding of sales and order management processes, including quotation management, sales order processing, scheduling agreements, contracts, and returns management.
- Proficient in configuring the SAP S/4HANA SD module, including master data, sales documents, pricing, availability checks, credit management, delivery and shipment processes, and billing.
- Knowledge of integrations between SAP SD and other SAP modules, such as Materials Management, Finance, and Logistic Execution. Knowledge of EDI/IDOC/BAPI, Seeburger, etc.
Plus:
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Sales 2020 and above, such as SAP S/4HANA SD module
- Working experience from Food / Manufacturing / Retail industry is preferred.
