Executive Assistant

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE HEAD OF SCHOOL- HOUSTON AREA
An independent school with a strong reputation is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Head of School. Candidates must have 7+ years of relevant executive support experience in an educational or non-profit environment. Bachelor's degree required. Candidates must have the utmost professionalism, strong communication, be detail oriented, and have strong technical skills.

Duties include:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Head of School's office and internal/external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, parents, board members, and community members.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Board Chair, other Trustees, and the School's administrators.
  • Coordinate the planning and executing of major school events, board meetings, and special projects.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
