We are looking for a Paralegal who will assist our lawyers by providing administrative support, assisting attorneys with day-to-day office operations, and supporting litigation activity.

Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

• Drafts, proofs, and edits correspondence, agreements, and other work product
• Maintains attorney calendars, schedules consultations, meetings, events, conferences, and trainings
• Assists attorneys with litigation process including pleading review, filing, discovery, and trial preparation
• Maintains and manages correspondence, pleadings, court logs, and files
• Review and draft routine legal documents
• Create and maintain case files
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines
• Conduct legal research
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Paralegal:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, CLIO
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• At least one to five years of litigation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of legal language and principles, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion and good judgment
