Responsibilities :

• Organize discovery
• Document processing & filing
• Understanding of litigation procedure
• Software: Microsoft products/excel

Qualifications - Paralegal certificate. Work in Discovery; can flex on type of discovery (doesn’t have to be patent/IP). Litigation exposure. Flexible; they have a very small team so someone who understands there could be weeks with less/more hours.
