Family with two teenagers who compete nationally for their sports (one is an equestrian) seeks Family Assistant/House Manager to support their family and manage their home. The position has regular hours weekdays but also requires frequent travel with children who are involved in national competitions.

Requirements: 4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant or House Manager; BA/BS from competitive US college; experience with UHNW families, proficiency with the MS Office Suite including Excel; excellent writing; deep inherent maturity regardless of age; good presentation and manners; a collaborative, responsible and thorough approach to work.

Responsibilities: Travel planning both commercial and private; keeping complex multi-person calendar in Google calendar; keeping household stocked; sourcing/communicating with vendors needed for household upkeep; troubleshooting tech issues as they come up; liaising with concierges of three other properties; coordinating with nanny on ongoing care of children; frequent travel to be with children for their competitions (2-5 days each time, most often to Palm Beach); working one Saturday/month instead of Monday.

M-F 9:30-5:30; regular travel for 2-5 days

$120K/year (salary may vary with experience)
