A Client Service Associate job in Milwaukee, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This is a fully onsite role in downtown Milwaukee in a small team-oriented office environment that is newly created due to company growth. This role requires candidates to have 4+ years of strong client service experience and excellent communication skills. In this position, you will have direct contact with clients for client service needs, assist in onboarding new clients, prepare investment agreements and documentation, and maintain client accounts. This position will also support Advisors with material prep and money movement, ensure efficiencies of current processes, and assist with all other administrative duties as needed. This is a full-time, direct hire position with that offers a very competitive salary, plus bonus, and benefits package.

Client Service Associate job responsibilities include:

• Serve as client contact for client service needs.

• Assist in onboarding new clients, money movement, and cash management.

• Prepare investment agreements and documentation.

• Maintain client accounts and records within CRM.

• Support Advisors with material prep.

• Ensure efficiencies of current processes.

• Assist with all other administrative duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years of Client Service experience. Experience in the financial services industry a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
