Software Engineer

Very successful Private Equity firm

Atlanta, GA - hybrid working - onsite 3-4 days per week.

$150,000 to $170,000 base salary

About the Role

This role offers the chance to work with a variety of modern technologies, create innovative solutions, and collaborate closely with data science and analytics experts. You'll design and deploy applications that are as powerful as they are scalable, helping the PE firm push boundaries and exceed expectations.

Must-Haves

• A degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including developing and deploying production applications.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and working with APIs, PubSub, serverless architectures, and large-scale ETL pipelines.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps for version control.

(Very) Nice-to-Haves

• A track record of working with data science teams to build advanced analytics products.
• Expertise in Flask, BigQuery, Postgres, and Terraform.
• Deep understanding of full software development life cycles, including best practices like code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
