• Type of preferred experience: Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC).
• Hazardous/Universal Waste and Water.
• PCB’s.
• Coal Combustion Residuals Rule CCR (Special Waste).
• Title V Air Permit experience (compliance, reporting, etc.) would be a bonus, but, not required.

• Degree program preferred, top 3 (i.e., chemical, biology, mining etc.) Looking for a Chemical or Environmental Engineer.
• possibly Civil with the right experience.
• MUST BE FROM AN ABET ACCREDITED PROGRAM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Job Responsibilities: Assuring compliance with the Coal Combustion Residuals Rule (CCR Rule). Includes both field and office work (inspections, data review, reporting, etc.).
• Updating Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC Plans) for Substation and Production Facilities.
• Assuring compliance with PCB’s, Hazardous Waste, Universal Waste. This will depend on the experience of who we hire.
