We are seeking a Superintendent with proven experience in large ground up commercial construction. The role requires close coordination between the field and design teams to ensure materials align with project requirements and the successful, on-time delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and coordinate construction drawings and ensure materials meet both field and design specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to manage timelines and budgets, delivering projects on schedule.
• Track material lead times and proactively manage procurement to avoid delays.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (preferred)
• At least 3 start to finish ground up projects as Superintendent
• Good Tenure at previous employers
