Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.

Duties:

• Lead the development of executive-level presentations that weave clear, engaging, and strategic narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and synthesize it into a cohesive story
• Act as a strategic advisor, helping teams and leaders articulate vision, progress, and outcomes
• Ensure all presentations align with the company’s tone, goals, and branding guidelines
• Manage the end-to-end process of creating executive communication materials, including storyboarding, content creation, and visual design oversight
• Facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment, clarity, and actionable outcomes
• Coordinate with project teams to understand the context and goals of initiatives, translating them into audience-appropriate stories

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years in project management, corporate communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, communications, or a similar role
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives
• Expertise in creating executive presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar
• Strong design sensibility and ability to guide visual storytelling
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams
• Comfort and confidence in presenting to executive audiences
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with strategic planning or corporate initiatives is a plus
