Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager who will develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads. This opportunity is located in Doral, FL!

Duties:

• Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
• Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Professional Services, Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking, Cloud Migration, Security
• Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
• Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
• Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress
• Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree on computer science preferred
• 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
• Experience with Cloud migration, Security and software delivery framework
• Proven experience working on high visibility projects with tight timelines
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Must have experience using JIRA/Confluence
• Change Management Experience desired
• Communication and Reporting to leadership desired
