Job Title: Workers' Compensation Attorney

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid remote option available)

Compensation:

• Salary: $190,000 – $200,000 per year

Job Description:

An established and growing Workers' Compensation Defense firm in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a high caseload independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients in trials, depositions, discovery, and court appearances.
• Review and analyze medical records and other case-related documentation.
• Travel to workers’ compensation courts in Northern California as required.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients and negotiate favorable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in handling workers' compensation cases, including trial and negotiation expertise.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
