Superintendent on K-12 ground up construction projects. Candidate will have successfully completed ground up construction projects for K-12 schools. 3+ years of experience working on K-12 ground up construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all trades and subcontractors including: site development, MEP, structural concrete, finishes.

Experience

• Completed K-12 ground up construction projects.
• 3+ years as a superintendent.
• Knowledge of local subcontractors to the South Carolina area is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
