LHH has an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. These are not eDiscovery document review positions.

Job Title: Class Action - Claims Contract Attorney

Location: Fully Remote (must live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ or Beaverton, OR)

Pay: $32/hour

Contract for 1 year (likely to be extended)

Requirements:

• Must have a JD from an accredited U.S. law school (foreign law degree may suffice).

• Active Bar license in any US jurisdiction required.

• Must be barred in the state they live in.

Qualifications:

• Class action and/or mass tort experience is a plus.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Flexibility.

• Customer service approach.

• Strong computer skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word products as well as Smartsheets is preferred.

Start Date:

• 1/6/25.

Work Schedule:

• 6:00am - 2:30pm PST or 8:00am - 4:30pm PST (please ensure your candidates know which shift they would like to work).

Training Schedule:

• 9:30am - 2:30pm PST for the first week (please ensure your workers know the training schedule).
