The SPM will be responsible for all operational and financial oversight of the Atlanta portfolio, maintaining and fostering tenant relationships and managing & developing their existing PM team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing and developing people/direct reports
• 7+ years of experience in commercial property management
• Proficiency in Yardi software
• Completed 4-year degree
• Ability to travel within the Atlanta market for property visits as needed
