Construction Superintendent

RSP Holdings Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our projects with precision and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Our work product is fast paced, high-end retail construction; primarily Tenant Improvement. Typical weekly work schedules are off-hours ranging between 8PM & 8AM. Most projects are focused around the Costa Mesa area.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of applicable experience in commercial construction.
• Extensive precision layout experience as a framer, glazier, or similar.
• In depth understanding of construction drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with labor management, scheduling, and project management tools.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid CDL.
