Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Reports To: Manager, Product Management

Location: New Berlin, WI (HYBRID position)

Travel: Up to 10%

Compensation: $125,000-$145,000 (base salary range) + Discretionary Annual Bonus (up to 10%)


Company Overview: Our client is a Fortune 500 company and leader in digital industries. Their product portfolio includes industrial circuit breakers, low-voltage systems, motor starting applications, and safety devices like switches & relays.


Position Overview:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of our client's offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Own technical specifications and lead OEM product life cycle management while acting as the technical interface between local markets and internal teams, supporting sales with product and technical expertise.

• Create demand through technical promotion and value-based selling, understanding customer needs and maintaining strong relationships.

• Prepare business plans for market development, implement pricing policies, and monitor competitive offerings.

• Collaborate with product management and marketing to define market communication strategies and plan product launches.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of work experience -OR- Associate's Degree with minimum of 10 years of experience -OR- High School Diploma/GED with at least 12 years of experience working in a complex, global business environment.
  • Proven expertise in the application and integration of PLCs and HMIs.
  • Progressive experience in product management and customer relationship management required.
  • Proven track record of cross functional collaboration, excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic mindset with a passion to drive business results required.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English required.
