We are in search of a Chef de Cuisine who knows how to lead a top-notch team and has a passion for delicious, flavorful food executed and served with care and consistency.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
A base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000
Quarterly bonus program

Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in well-rated, industry leading kitchens
Strong command of high-end cuisine and thorough business management skills
Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
Brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in expediting a high-volume kitchen
Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse kitchen staff
Driven towards consistency and service excellence
Strong written and computer skills
