Job Description

LHH is seeking candidates for an upcoming opportunity for a company in the Marietta/Smyrna area. The Service Coordinator will be engaging in services, and support the North American team. This client is very a long standing company. If you are seeking a stable company to work for with full benefits included, look no further! The service coordinator will be supporting customers by primarily scheduling field service representatives into the field. This includes scheduling customer visits, and equipment delivery, setting expectations for visits.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service Operations, Customer Support, Technical Support, and Field Service Departments
  • Call customers to confirms schedules and set expectations for visits.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Administrator to align scheduling with equipment arrival.
  • Work with Service Operations to ensure scheduling aligns with spare parts arrival.
  • Increase service trip efficiencies by grouping visits to reduce travel.
  • Schedule Field Service Representatives to fulfill work orders.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and book travel for representatives.
  • Plan and maintain service schedules for technicians on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Review daily work orders to ensure service completion and proper documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and vendors, both written and verbal.
  • Coordinate and order upcoming material needs.
  • Respond quickly to necessary scheduling changes.
  • Support the quality program.


Experience/Required Skills:

  • Vocational or associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service and general office functions.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision from upper management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and personal computers in a network environment.
  • Ability to handle all aspects of the daily business of a service department.
