The Client Success Manager is responsible for exceeding client expectations by identifying new ways to help clients achieve their goals, maintaining effective communication, and serving as a conduit between our agency and clients. This role prioritizes client satisfaction and fosters strong client relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the face of the agency externally and advocate for clients internally
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication
- Educate clients on agency processes, timelines, budgets, scopes, etc.
- Oversight of client budgets, growth measurement, reporting & success evaluation
- Pursue opportunities to enhance overall client success.
- Maintain knowledge of all products & services offered by agency
- Create deliverables that meet or surpass client expectations
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients while monitoring their satisfaction levels & effectively communicating value provided by our agency
- Ensure accurate billing, collections & reconciliations for clients
Experience :
- A minimum of four years experience in marketing and client services
- Agency experience (working at or with) is a plus
