RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and oversee all aspects of our ADP HRIS.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the HRIS team to ensure the day-to-day integrity of processes, the implementation of new configurations, upgrade deployment, new models, integrations, and system optimizations.
- Oversee and supervise a team of HRIS Analysts, which includes performance management, coaching and development, and goal planning.
- Assist with a migration from ADP Lyric to ADP Workforce Now
- Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- Primarily focus on maintaining and extending the use of ADP by executing requirements, design, configuration, testing, and support tasks on a multinational operations level.
- Developing and implementing world-class HR services, processes, and systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ADP and other third-party systems using APIs, SFTP, and other data exchange methods.
- Oversee Managed File Transfers (MFT) setup and maintenance for secure and automated data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with IT to build and maintain internal data warehouses for efficient querying and reporting.
- Configure system modules, including HR, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduler, and Benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage the development of custom fields, workflows, and business rules to streamline HR processes.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of system errors and escalate complex issues to IT or vendor support when necessary.
- Ensure proper encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest, working closely with IT to maintain compliance with security standards.
- Monitor user access and permissions in HRIS to mitigate risks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Partner with IT teams to implement system upgrades, ensure server compatibility, and manage infrastructure requirements for HRIS tools.
- Define technical specifications for integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and external platforms.
- Design and deliver automated reporting solutions for compliance, payroll, and workforce analytics, leveraging advanced Excel and HRIS tools.
- Develop SQL queries and scripts for advanced reporting and data validation.
- Lead system upgrade projects, including version updates, module rollouts, and patch installations.
- Perform thorough testing and quality assurance for new system functionalities, integrations, and configurations.
- Manage vendor relationships to address technical challenges, service delivery, and system enhancements.
- Evaluate and recommend new HRIS tools, integrations, or upgrades to align with the organization's evolving needs.
