Collaborating across various departments, you’ll craft compelling proposals that showcase our company’s value proposition while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead proposal development, including timelines, compliance checks, and team coordination.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across program management, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to create engaging and accurate proposal content.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and proposal schedules to meet tender requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of internal reviews, compliance matrices, and pricing estimates.
  • Maintain a tracking system for proposals and provide insights on win/loss outcomes.
  • Mentor team members and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in proposal development, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, engaging ways.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with proposal management processes, including crafting strategies and compliance matrices.
  • Knowledge of suspension systems, transmissions, driveline technologies, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with vehicle dynamics modeling, simulation tools, or immersive simulation solutions.
  • Understanding of trade compliance regulations across regions (e.g., UK, Canada, US, Germany).
  • Experience with high-integrity engineering services, such as design, quality manufacturing, or supply chain management.
  • Ability to obtain a relevant security clearance (e.g., UK SC, Canadian CGP).

Why Join Us?

Be part of a collaborative and dynamic team where your work directly impacts our growth and success. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, develop your expertise, and help secure exciting opportunities in the global market.
