As a Project Superintendent , you will take charge of onsite operations, ensuring the seamless execution and completion of projects. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills to maintain excellence in quality and safety at every stage of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise onsite activities with subcontractors.
• Plan and manage material deliveries and project schedules.
• Address and resolve onsite challenges with project team support.
• Maintain comprehensive daily logs and progress documentation.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and oversee the onsite team to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and related contract documents.
• Proven ability to create and uphold a safe work environment aligned with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to focus on overall project objectives.
