Purchasing Associate – Local candidates only
Our client located near Red Hill, PA is seeking a Purchasing Associate to join their team. Hybrid work environment (two days on site, three remote.) Local candidates only.
The Purchasing Associate will ensure accurate and timely purchase order receival and processing.
Responsibilities of the Purchasing Associate
- Maintaining products delivery dates
- Performing follow up on back ordered items and late delivery dates
- Delivery information data entry
- Providing suppliers with daily POs
- Performing matching conformation to POs
- Coordinating product pick ups
- Generating reports
- Placing online orders
- Coordinating product testing, repairs, and returns
Requirements of the Purchasing Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Purchasing department experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Additional Details:
Salary: $20.00-22.00/hr
Employment type: contract to hire
