Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Bartlett, IL

Salary Range: 35/hour

3rd Shift - 10am-6am

Job Description: Purpose of Position: The primary role is to maintain and repair the facility and its machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and upkeep of the facility and machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Execute hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance around the building.
• Repair plumbing and work on low-voltage electrical issues.
• Perform hazardous communication audits and address safety hazards.
• Maintain efficient housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with packing/production machines.
• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts as needed.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
