Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of five executives in a dynamic environment. This is an on-site position requiring a presence in the office at least two days per week, with Tuesdays mandatory, and up to five days as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to a team of five executives, including managing multiple calendars and scheduling.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations.
• Serve as a professional liaison with shareholders, fostering positive interactions.
• Maintain and update phone lists and reports.
• Manage nonprofit and charitable sponsorships, including event coordination.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services and a strong background as an executive assistant.
• Prior experience supporting C-suite executives is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, polished communication skills, and resilience under pressure.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new tools and processes.
